General Terms and Conditions
Here are our general terms and conditions. This text legally establishes what are the rights and obligations of us and the user and customer of Benfida. If you have a question about these conditions, about your order or your delivery, you can contact our customer service.
Our prices.
The prices of the products are indicated in euros, all taxes and VAT included, excluding possible delivery charges and unless otherwise stated.
The products and prices are valid as long as they are indicated on the site, subject to sufficient availability and unintentional errors in the title, description, price and quantity of the product. Changes in the form or execution of an item are possible, but do not decrease the value and quality of the item.
We cannot be held responsible for typographical errors that appear in our offers or on our website.
The products remain our property until we have definitively received the purchase price.
Your order is processed securely
The security and storage of electronic payment data is carried out by external companies. They are therefore responsible for any abuse and problems with your payment.
In principle, we only ship your order after receiving your payment.
Your personal data is protected
In accordance with legal provisions, you have the right to object to the use of your data for direct marketing purposes, you have access to all the information we hold about you and you have the opportunity to correct any inaccurate information.
We never transmit personal data to third parties.
However, your data may be transferred under strict conditions in order to process the payment and shipping of your order. For example, we transmit your address to the post office in order to ship your order.
We ship your order as quickly as possible
We can send your order to the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. We also deliver to several other European countries, but always subject to acceptance of the order by us. Products are sent to the delivery address you indicate when ordering (personal address or other).
Our products are offered in accordance with Belgian and European legislation standards. Although we take the greatest care and try to take into account all the local legislation of all the countries where we ship, the buyer is responsible for complying with local legislation.
By accepting the package, you agree that the order has arrived in good condition. If your order package appears damaged, you must refuse the package and have it returned. We can no longer be held responsible for the condition of the order once you have accepted the order package from the shipping company.
In case of a problem with the delivery of your order, always contact our customer service.
The delivery times indicated on the website are given only as an indication and not as a binding deadline. We do everything we can to respect the indicated delivery time. If the ordered goods have not been delivered within 30 days, the contract can be considered as terminated, unless we have informed you in advance of a longer delivery time. If you cancel the contract, we will refund any payment possibly received within 7 days.
Shipping costs: a contribution to shipping costs is requested. These shipping costs can be free from a certain minimum order amount, also see the information on the website.
Liability
Our products are sold for private use. We cannot be held responsible for the use of our products. If you use products for your health, consult a doctor first. The information on this website does not replace consultation with a doctor or therapist, his or her diagnosis or medical treatment. If you have health problems, it is best to consult a doctor or therapist.
Always follow the instructions provided with the products. Under no circumstances can Benfida be held responsible for a defect in the products it has supplied and which is caused by incorrect or inappropriate use of these products by the buyer. Benfida's liability for any defect in the products it has supplied and purchased from suppliers can never be greater than the warranty that Benfida can claim from these suppliers.
Your protection as a buyer (right of withdrawal)
The consumer has the right to notify Benfida that he renounces the purchase, without payment of a penalty and without giving a reason, within 14 calendar days from the day following the delivery of the item or the conclusion of the contract.
For the return, always contact our customer service. This way, we can quickly process your return.
If you wish to renounce the sale, you can do so within 14 calendar days following the delivery of your order. The products must then be returned within the same period, in their original, undamaged and original packaging, with all accessories.
Within 14 days following the acceptance of the return, we will refund any amounts possibly paid, except for the direct costs of delivery (shipping costs that can be removed from a certain amount).
The right of withdrawal does not apply to food packaging that the consumer has already opened or to business orders (B2B). Items that are incomplete, damaged, used or soiled by the consumer are not taken back.

In conclusion
The sale referred to in these general terms and conditions is subject to Belgian law. You declare that you have read and approved these General Terms and Conditions before placing an order. Placing your order and using this website therefore means that you accept these General Terms.
