If Benfida made a mistake (for example a wrong or defective product), we will cover all costs. In that case, you will receive a full refund, including any shipping costs.
3. Costs in case of a customer error
If the error is on the customer's side (for example, an incorrect item was ordered), the following applies:
- The customer pays a shipping cost for the return.
